Job description

As Head of Operations of Apsynergy in the Paris office, you will bear overall responsability for recruitment, project delivery and sales. The customers you will be dealing with will be mostly foundations, non profit organisations and international institutions. You will also be working with corporations using Salesforce. This a new position, the Paris office has recently been created.

Responsibilities
  • Recruit, motivate, and coach Apsynergy Salesforce experts based in the Paris Office.
  • Develop a consist and balanced pipeline of opportunities
  • Monitor overall delivery of projects
  • Build an organisation in Paris based on Apsynergy’s core values : ethics, quality of work and work/life balance.
Requirements
  • Experience working with Non Profits, NGOs internationally
  • Experience in Sales, preferably of Cloud based solutions, products or services
  • Team Management is a must have
  • Positive attitude, empathy, patience and goodwill
Tools and Methodology
  • Use of a CRM as an internal Sales tool
  • Ability to recruit and motivate new colleagues
  • Understanding of Waterfall and Agile Project Management methodologies
  • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus but not mandatory
